Here at Mercer Oaks, we would like to first extend our best wishes to you on your engagement! We look forward to making your special day unique and memorable. Our event coordinator, Mackenzie will assist you every step of way to ensure that your wedding day is everything you dreamed of. From cocktail hour overlooking the beautiful greens and cascading fountain of Mercer Oaks Golf Course, to your last dance, you can be assured that our staff will pay attention to every detail during your special day.

Below, please find information about our wedding packages, as well as information pertaining to the various vendors that can enhance your wedding. The following are included in all of our wedding packages:

Please be aware that we require a deposit of $1,500 to save the date for your wedding day. This deposit is non-refundable unless we can fill the date (see wedding cancelation policy). Since we are a county facility, there is a renal fee to rent the space. The rental is $125 for Mercer County residents & $150 for out-of-county residents. This fee is paid directly to the Mercer County Park Commission.

There is a $500.00 wedding surcharge that allows you to be the only event that day with flexibility on start time. The wedding party is allowed on premise two hours before the ceremony or reception for photos on the grounds. Vendors will have access to room earlier to set up (must be coordinated ahead).

There will be a $100.00 administrative fee added for each event to the final balance. This fee is included to cover any unforeseen costs of additional linen or staffing not initially considered and/or damage to plates, glassware, flatware, walls, or furniture.

We can accommodate up to 140 people outdoors for a ceremony. To hold a ceremony requires a fee of $1,000.00 which includes an hour more to your rental, the set-up of white chairs, tent with lighting & coordination of the ceremony.
