Deposit Info
All wedding dates will be secured with a deposit of $1500. All remaining balances should be paid prior to the date of the Wedding Reception. The preferred method of payment is check or cash, but a credit card may be used. Please note there is a 3% processing fee for all credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellations within one year prior to the Wedding, 75% of deposits will be refunded when and if we refill the date again.
B. Cancellations within 9 months prior to the Wedding, 50 % of deposits will be refunded when and if we refill the date again.
C. Cancellations 6 months or less prior to the Wedding, all deposits will be lost.
D. Cancellations 3 months or less prior to the Wedding, all deposits will be lost. In addition, Customer will be responsible for a $1,000 cancellation fee.
