What do packages included?
Will there be an event before my wedding that day?
When a wedding is booked that will be the only event that takes place that day.
How early can my vendor come the day of the wedding?
2 hours prior to the wedding the vendors are aloud on the premise.
How early is my bridal party allowed on premise before the ceremony or reception?
The bridal party can arrive as early as an hour before the ceremony or reception. If you need more time, arrangements can be made with the caterer.
Are the wedding tastings open house or private?
Tastings are usually open house style after you secure the date. This means there will be a number of other brides doing their tastings as well. Which means you will have your own table of up to 6 guests, separate from other brides and their guests.
How much will I pay for vendors and children?
Vendors and children 4-12 years old are $35.00 per plate. Children under 4 years old are free.
Can I pay with a credit card?
You can pay with a credit card but you will have to pay the service charge which is 1.5-4% depending on the card.
Are we allowed to take pictures on the golf course and around the property?
Because of the golf course we are restricted on places to take pictures. The coordinator will work with you to find perfect spots for your pictures depending on whether or not the space is occupied by golfers.
